‘My Kitchen Rules’: Lance Bass Wants His Own Cooking Show

“There is not enough southern cooking on television"

Lance Bass and Mom, Diane

Lance Bass is already plotting his next culinary adventure. And (no surprise) it also involves his mother, Diane.

“Our goal is to have our own cooking show,” the former ‘NSYNC star tells us.

“There is not enough southern cooking on television.”

The pair are currently competing on the Fox reality competition series MY KITCHEN RULES.

“I am hoping (being on) this show might lead to something,” says Bass, 37, who has yet to formally pitch the idea to any networks. “I love cooking, it is a big passion of mine.”

MY KITCHEN RULES features 8 teams of (not so) bold faced names competing to see who can throw the best celebrity dinner parties.

Bass and his mom are up against singer Brandy and her brother Ray J., Andrew “Dice” Clay and his wife, Valerie Silverstein, ‘Real Housewife’ Brandi Glanville and Dean Sheremet and others.

Curtis Stone and Cat Cora serve as judges.

The program is based on a popular overseas format of the same name.

MY KITCHEN RULES airs Thursdays at 9:00 PM on Fox.
