Here’s your chance to live like an AMERICA’S GOT TALENT champion!
Ventriloquist Terry Fator — who won season two of the NBC show and went on to headline at the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas — is selling his Sin City digs for a cool $2 million.
The 7500 square foot mansion sits on two acres and features four enormous bedrooms, five huge bathrooms, a restaurant-sized kitchen, swimming pool, putting green and, of course, a private movie theatre.
See photos below.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Fator purchased the property from casino owner Phil Ruffin in 2012. He stands to make a $500,000 profit on the transaction.
Not that the 50 year-old entertainer needs the cash.
After being crowned AGT champion in 2007, Fator received what was believed at the time to be the largest headliner deal in Vegas history — $100 million!
His show is scheduled to continue at the Mirage through 2021.
AMERICA’S GOT TALENT will return May 31 on NBC.
