A juvenile court in Bucks County, Pennsylvania will now determine what happens next to 18 year-old LeAnn Manochio.

Manochio, 17, was behind the wheel when her 2003 Jeep Liberty with five passengers flipped over on Interstate 95 near Lower Makefield Township back in August 2015.

The group of friends were returning home from IDOL open auditions in Philadelphia.

Bellott, a self-professed fan of Justin Bieber, was carrying her audition ticket in her pocket, according to published reports.
