“I always wanted to be a judge on MASTERCHEF and MASTERCHEF JUNIOR.  I would love to be a cooking idol or inspiration.  I would love to write my own cookbook and have my own restaurant.”

But first she must impress judges Gordon Ramsay, Graham Eliot and Christina Tosi.

We caught up with Addison recently.  Here’s what she had to share:

How long have you been cooking?
I have been cooking eggs and things like that since I was four.  I really started coming home from school and wanting to bake and cook dinner at the age of seven.

Was it scary having the judges review your dishes?
If one of the contestants made a bad dish, they wouldn’t say, ‘It is horrible, you are going home.’ They would critique it in a way that was constructive criticism and tell you what you could have done better.

What do you do when you are not cooking?
I play six sports throughout the year.  I play softball, soccer, field hockey, ice hockey, I swim and play basketball.

So you are pretty much a tomboy?
Yeah.  (laughs)  Also, I have been in several play since I was little.  I love to act.  Not only in plays.  I like acting around my friends, making mini movies and trailers using a phone.  I really love YouTube.  I go on YouTube as much as I can.  I watch a lot of cooking videos and I watch a lot of Buzzfeed.

What do you like to watch on TV?
I like a wide range of shows.  I like Disney shows like CASEY UNDERCOVER, BEST FRIENDS WHENEVER, LAB RATS.  I also like MODERN FAMILY and BLACK-ISH and FRESH OFF THE BOAT.  But then I also like murder shows.  I watch LAW AND ORDER.

What are you listening to?
I listen to a lot of rap and a lot of pop music.

Are you Team Taylor Swift or Katy Perry?
I like both of them but probably T Swift.

Any other hidden talents?
I can sing.  I sang at my school but that was wretched.  I lost my voice the day before.  I signed up for Friday Follies.  After lunch we go into the auditorium.  It is a a 30 minute thing.  You get a chance to do something.  You can sing or do an act.  I signed up to sing and I lost my voice the day before.  So my voice was really crackly.  Everyone was looking at me.  I was so confident until my voice cracked on the longest note.  It was horrible.

What were you singing?
Adele’s “Rolling In The Deep”

What else would you like fans of the show to know about you?
I am really passionate about is helping homeless people.  I go to this food pantry and I help out there.  I really want to give back to the homeless and people who have less than they need.

MASTERCHEF JUNIOR airs Fridays at 8:00 PM on Fox.
