Wait…How Much Did NBC Pay Donald Trump For ‘Apprentice’?

Real estate mogul claims small fortune from network that dumped him

Donald Trump, Star of 'Celebrity Apprentice'

Donald Trump claims to have made a jaw-dropping fortune before being dumped by NBC.

The outspoken billionaire — and current presidential candidate — says he took in more than $200 million as star and producer of THE APPRENTICE and CELEBRITY APPRENTICE.

The series (combined) ran for 14 cycles beginning in 2004 and is expected to return with a new star in 2016.

NBC/Universal renewed, at the upfronts this year, THE APPRENTICE (for a 15th season), but Mr. Trump decided to turn them down in order to run for President of the United States. NBC was not happy. During the 14 seasons of THE APPRENTICE, Mr. Trump was paid $213,606,575.

Trump released the eye-popping figure during a voluntary disclosure of his wealth and assets earlier today.

In the press-release obtained by TheTVPage.com, he claimed to have a net worth of $10 billion.

NBC severed all business ties with Trump in late June following his controversial comments about Mexicans.
