A star of MTV’s 16 AND PREGNANT is attempting to crowdfund her child custody battle.

Cleondra Carter — who appeared on the show’s third season in 2011 — was forced to hand four year-old daughter Kylee Sue over to her father, Mario Escovedo, after a court hearing on October 31.

The Applebees waitress, 21, began a campaign Wednesday at GoFundMe.com seeking $5000 to help defray legal expenses related to getting the child back.

“My attorney was absolutely TERRIBLE!” she claims in an 1100 word letter posted on the website.

“My attorney did not fight, no one fought for Kylee and the judicial system failed me as a mother.”

Carter became pregnant at 17 while she was still a high school senior in Lake Horn, Mississippi.

During her episode, she and Escovedo briefly considered aborting the baby.

Both parents were arrested in 2011 and charged with assault after a well-publicized domestic incident.

The couple lived together briefly — and planned to marry — before splitting up in 2013.

Carter says she has had a few opportunities to see her child since the hearing.

“I get visitation rights, but Mario won’t let me see her any more than that,” she told The Ashley’s Reality Roundup. “Kylee cried last time all the way to her dad’s house because she didn’t want to go.”

As of Thursday morning, Carter’s campaign had reached $1116.
