The Virginia teen — who earned a standing ovation from all four coaches tonight (and ultimately chose Team Usher) — was a semifinalist in 2012 on AMERICA’S GOT TALENT.

And two of the judges weren’t as impressed.

Howard Stern: “You did a great job tonight…[but] you need that charisma injection sometimes.”

Sharon Osbourne: “You have a very, very strong voice…but try not to shout so much.”

Luckily, Howie Mandel ended up becoming the voice of reason.

“In my opinion, so far tonight, you young lady, are the standout,” he said.

By the time she reached the blind auditions for THE VOICE, Bria had ditched country music for the blues and the results were overwhelmingly positive.
