If Jimmy Kimmel didn’t cut him off, Kanye West might still be talking.
Kim Kardashian’s baby daddy ranted for nearly five minutes straight last night about his public image, the fashion industry and other assorted subjects before eventually focusing his ire on the photographers who “disrespect” his family.
“We bring something of joy to the world,” he said. “When people hear my music, they have a good time. And I should be respected as such when I walk down the street. Don’t ask me a question about something you saw in the tabloids. Don’t try to antagonize me. ‘Cause you know what? It’s not safe for you in this zoo! Never think that I am not from Chicago for one second.”
Kanye — who was recently order to take anger management classes after assaulting a photographer at LAX — appeared on the show to “settle” a beef with Kimmel that began last week.
But he used the TV time to remind the world just how important he thinks he is: “For me to say I wasn’t a genius, I would just be lying to you and to myself.”
The episode was Kimmel’s most-watched ever.
